1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the jayakaya99 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions. 3. Account Registration & Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension without compensation. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Please ensure your account password is strong and unique. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. jayakaya99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

Jayakaya99 supports a wide range of deposit methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and trusted digital payment options. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to platform policy and the chosen payment method. Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another account and may only be used for betting purposes on the jayakaya99 platform.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be requested at any time as long as any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 working days. jayakaya99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any large withdrawal.

Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If that method is no longer available, you will need to provide proof of ownership for an alternative account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by jayakaya99 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to separately stated wagering requirements. Wagering (rollover) requirements must be met before any wins derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stated requirements.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, toward rollover requirements.
• Jayakaya99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any promotion without prior notice.
• Promotion abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.

7. Platform Use & Prohibitions

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the jayakaya99 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or track games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to exploit bonus or wagering systems.
• Hacking, breaching, or attempting to compromise the integrity of the platform's systems.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without platform approval.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, and all funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

8. Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. jayakaya99 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security or legal concern.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded. However, if the account closure is initiated by the member and no violation has occurred, the eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.

9. Liability Limits

Jayakaya99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by members, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.

In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a game round from completing, jayakaya99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member. This decision is final.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the jayakaya99 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.
